Tess is by Badlesmere Bete Noir out of Badlesmere Bedeviled (Mollie). Bete Noir is a quarter standard Bull Terrier and Mollie is half Bull Terrier, so Tess carries a fair amount of standard blood, hopefully reducing the risk of PLL.
Tess was very pleased to be awarded Best Opposite Sex (from the all breeds companion show) and Res Best Mini Bitch at the Southern Miniature Bull Terrier Club show 2006, by Valerie Allenden (Erenden), but will take over from Mollie in the nursery as she really isn't that keen on showing.
