Apache won Best of Breed Puppy at his first show debut at Halmstad International Show Sweden on the 14.7.02 at the age of 8 months
On the 7.9.02 at Helsingborg national dog show Apache won his Junior class and then became Reserve best dog out of 20 Cotons.
Judge Gunilla Kuhni wrote
11 month old male. Very well built, beautiful head, very good pigment, good body and good size of bone for his age. Very well grown for his age. Moves well when he is not sniffing the grass.

In April 2003 Apache had a full health check his eyes, hips, elbows, patellas checked. He has a clean bill of health scoring A's for his hips and elbows which means excellent.
