Bliss at nearly 2 years old photo by: Dita Kilsby Bliss doing what she does best photo by: Dita Kilsby | | Bliss is one of two girls in Millie's final litter. I went back to the English lines with Millie due to health and temperament problems I experienced with Oz lines. Being virtually all British breeding Bliss is going to be a very slow maturer but I feel she will be well worth the wait. She has superb construction, excellent angulation so lacking in the breed at the present time and she has a true Border Collie temperament.
Bliss is a real sweetheart just like her mum and loves cuddles, she is having a great time playing with our Cresties. Bliss has been eye tested normal at 7 weeks and is genetically clear of CEA and CL by parentage. This was a most delightful litter and I thank Elaine and Jo Ratcliffe allowing me to use Budgie.
Bliss is my idea of perfection, I adore the ground she walks on and it had been my plan to base my future breeding on her but sadly in 2006 for personal reasons I decided not to continue in the breed.
Best Puppy in Show at Scottish Border Collie club Champ show 06. Her Mum Millie won the same award there in 1999.
Bliss won 1st in Undergraduate bitch at Crufts 2007 and has only been shown on a few occasions since winning at most of the shows she has attended. Bliss is now living with Jayne and Roger and she has been spayed.
