Since arriving in the United Kingdom in January 2002 Sole has won 22 Best Import Register in the 26 shows he has attended,he is also Top Import Register in the Toy Group.He has also won Best Import under all the experienced foreign judges he has been entered under. More important than this is that he is a joy to own and live with. At Birmingham 2004 Sole gained his International title (subject to FCI confirmation) the First Import Register Breed in the United Kingdom to do so. At the end of 2004 Sole finished Top Import Register all breeds. Sole is now in retirement but will hopefully make a Veteran appearance during 2008.
He has also finished Top Stud Dod for 2006, we thank the owners of his progeny for their enthusiasm.
Sole was brought out for the Coton Club Show in 2008 and won Best Veteran and Best Dog in Show, then at Darlington Ch Show he again went Best Veteran. He continues to love showing and has passed on his wonderful temperament to his offspring. He will undoubtably have a couple of outings in 2009 when he will be 11 years old.
Any breeder wishing to use Sole should ensure their bitch has current eye certificate and certificate from vet that the bitch has been checked for patella luxation.In my opinion any responsible stud dog owner in this breed should now take some responsibility for the health of future puppies.
