Gussy, Gunnar and Greta are all red and white littermates with an outstanding and international pedigree. Their mother is Dereheath Boadicea (litter sister to Ch. Dereheath Marcus Aurelius - Top Basset Hound in the UK 2005). Their father is Swed Dan & Nor Ch Swede Sun's Adam.
At his first show - The Hadrian Basset Hound Club Championship Show - Gunnar went Best Puppy Dog under judge, George Johnston. He won BPIB at Three Counties Ch. Show and Junior Dog at Midland Counties Ch. Show under judge: Mrs. R. Hartwig. Gunnar was the Top Sire in the UK for 2006. Although only shown twice during the year as we were campaiging our older males, Minty and Marcus, he won the dog CC under Veronica Ross at LKA in December. Consistently placed at Ch. Shows this year in Limit Dog.
Greta won Best Puppy in Show at the Lancs Yorks and Cheshire Basset Hound Club Championship Show under judges: Vinnie Ness and Sandra Thexton and BP Bitch at Bournemouth Ch. Show under judge - Carol Daykin. Greta currently has a beautiful litter of 10 tri colours, the sire is Dereheath Moses.
