Fern was our first Leonberger and is a joy to own. She has done well in the Ring and is now retired after winning Best Veteran Bitch at Crufts 2006 for the 2nd time.
She had a litter of 5 puppies, one being Truly Scrumptious, and is Grandmother to Marymead Ticketty Boo, Marymead Red October, Marymead Masquerade, Marymead Red Wizard & Marymead Enchanted. She is Greatgrandmother to Hazelcraig Talamazam.
Fern was enthusiastic at Obedience and has done her Level 1 and 2 carting.
All our dogs live in the house together in harmony and our lives tend to revolve around them.
Fern has just received her Certificate of Longevity from the Leonberger Club of Great Britain on reaching the grand old age of 10, although she still thinks she's a puppy.
