Bonnie is a typical all round weimaraner. First & foremost she is a much loved addition to my family, my constant shadow.
Bonnie is a very special weimaraner she is an assistance dog that helps me get around university when I am in difficulties as such she has a fantastic temperment that I hope will be passed on to her offspring making them ideal as family members.
Bonnie has been a regular representative of her breed at the KC's Discover Dogs on behalf of the WCGB.
She is worked to the gun in the shooting field during the winter season on game & wildfowl whilst maintaining her day job as an assistance dog. A strong & enthusiastic swimmer she is especially keen on duck & water work.
She has a gentle sociable temperment, excellent with people & animals alike. Bonnie has been an excellent introduction to a challenging breed.
She has been very lightly shown & been placed within the rosettes on each outing.
Bonnie has been DNA Profiled, Coat Tested N/N (non carrier) for the Long Hair Gene, Eye Tested Clear, Hip Scored 4/4.
As per the Dutch Weimaraner Clubs breeding programs new inititive Bonnie has now been Heart Screened using the Vetsign Cardio Screen Blood Test & full Cardio Panel with excellent results ruling out any heart disease including DCM.
