This litter, born 12 April 2010, comprises black and white puppies and is 3/4 Birkenwald German FT lines and 1/4 Wildbach dual working/show lines.. Both parents have KC/BVA health certificates for hips and hearts and the dam has a clear eye certificate and is certified EBJ non-porteur. They both come from many generations of my own and Birkenwald GSPs with official hip scores and health certification from the KC/BVA and German systems, conformation assessments (Germany); 18 German KS Field Trial Champions, UK FT winners, Ch and Sh Chs and Crufts, championship and open show prize winners (UK) in 5 generation pedigree.

This litter is the 7th generation of my breeding, and is as carefully bred and extremely well reared as all the others. I am a Kennel Club Accredited Breeder with 3 accolades. The pups have very good conformation and bone, excellent short, harsh, dense coats, lovely heads with very dark eye colour and strong, tight feet.

The pups are very contended and have been reared in the home. They have been checked over by my Veterinary Surgeon who found no heart murmurs and said they were "a cracking litter, very even and healthy".

They are already partly" house-trained", learning to sit and will recall to a gundog whistle. The pups are calm, but confident and happy and will will probably demonstrate great intelligence, stamina (when adult) , strong hunting instincts (with superb "noses") and be very quick learners. They are best suited to very active homes which will give them an outlet for these characteristics.
