We mated Galerita Roams Again to Rottwud to Rottwud Artemis and puppies were born at the end of April.

It is over 2 years since we last had the pitter patter of tiny paws about the place, as we only breed when we wish to keep puppies ourselves. Our dogs are not machines and we do not breed just because we have a few enquiries.

Our puppies, like all of our dogs, are born and raised and live in the house, along with the Corgis. They are well socialised and used to everyday noises. They are well handled.

Both parents have excellent low hip scores and both are wonderful examples of the temperament our breed should have.

The Sire, Galerita Roams Again to Rottwud is shown both at Open and Championship Show levels and is a consistant winner, obtaining several Best of Breed and Reserve Best of Breed awards and also qualifying for Crufts at all but three of his Championship show appearances. He also has his Kennel Club Good Citizens Bronze Award.

He was shown at Crufts on March 8th 2008 - his first Championship Show in Post Graduate - so he is in with the 'Big Boys'. Just getting to Crufts is a thrill for us as we never 'expect' to be placed at any show, our dog is placed on his merit. He was placed in both of his classes at Crufts and we are very proud of him. Moreover, he was a great ambassador for the breed throughout the day, being hugged and petted by children and adults alike.

He recently won Post Graduate at Midland Rottweiler Club, and we were thrilled.

He qualified for Crufts 2009 at The British Rottweiler Association Championship Show in June 2008.

The puppies will be available to permanent, loving homes only. We will expect to spend considerable time with you whilst you get to know the puppies and us and we get to know you before we will home one of our puppies.

The puppies will be Kennel Club registered, vet checked, have full pedigree and a comprehensive Guide Book / Feeding Guide. We do place endorsements in line with the Kennel Club on the Kennel Club registration papers.

We supply food, toys etc, all so that the transition from our house to yours is as stress free for the puppy and you as possible.

We try always to offer as much help and advice as we can.

In return, we ask that you firstly, research this noble breed of ours before you purchase. Make sure that the Rottweiler is the dog for you, and that you understand that there is much hard work ahead of you in terms of training and socialising your new puppy. Research too where your best local training classes are held, as it is a part of our Terms of buying a puppy from us that you attend training classes with your puppy - no matter how experienced you are.

We will not consider placing a puppy in a home with a child under the age of 5 years - this is due to the amount of time that is needed to train and house train a young puppy.
We also will not - under any circumstances - allow our puppies to be exported from the UK.
And we do not sell 'Guard Dogs'.

We have shared our lives with Rottweilers for over 21 years. We hope to be able to do the same for the next 21, therefore temperament is paramount in our breeding.

The photos of the puppies show them in the playpen - covered in shavings as usual where they roll about playing. They have loved being outside - watching the birds - and the tormenting squirrel. They are completely at home with the big dogs and not worried by anything at all, not even our pony and goats!

The puppies have good bone and beautiful strong heads.
They have smashing temperaments and are very outgoing and forthcoming with everyone.

They were vet checked at 7 weeks and are now ready to go to their new homes.

They are also fully vaccinated.

We have one female puppy who may be available - but only to a very special, permanent home. I am more than happy to keep her so the new home must be extra special for me to let her go.
