Summer is one of Vega's 13 babies from her litter last year.

She has done exceptionally well in the show ring with many 1st places at Open & Championship shows.

However her forte is racing - together with her mother Vega they had a very successful 2005/6 season - they came 2nd overall in the D2 (mixed freight breeds) class of the SHCGB Aviemore Sled Dog race and were the fastest all Malamute team - way to go girls!!!!

They are pictured here togetherwith Simon with their Aviemore trophies.

For the 2008/9 season she will be running alongside Xabi.
