'the beautifully textured Coton de Tulear Int/Ger/Slo Ch. Jespersen's Excalibur at Cotonese with his lovely expression' - Stephen Bardwell, Best in Toy Group Judge, CRUFTS 2015 -
(published in 'Crufts 15 - Toy Group', Dog World, 8 March 2015).

'beautiful dog of excellent quality, lovely head, eyes and pigmentation. Really good bone, front and top-line. Typical movement and best coat quality and presentation. Best Dog (BD) and Best of Breed (BOB)' - Judge R. Sporre-Willes (Sweden), CRUFTS 2015 (published in Coton de Tulear Show Report - CRUFTS 2015, Dog World, 7 April 2015).

International (FCI), German (VDH) National Champion, Slovenian Beauty Champion and Multi-Junior Champion Jespersen's Excalibur at Cotonese - aka Prince - was imported from Denmark with tremendous excitement as Prince was the only male born in the first litter of World Winner Flamencoton Bahiya (Junior World Winner 2009, World Winner 2010, International Champion as well as Danish Champion and Norwegian Champion).

Thanks to Brigitte and Karsten Jespersen for entrusting Lesa and Lee Miles with such an important prodigal son! He is cherished here with the family!

After settling well in the UK, his star qualities in the show ring were recognised by the fact that he was awarded 'Very Promising' in the Puppy class at the World Dog Show, Salzburg, Austria in 2012, and then went on to achieve three notable wins in Spain and Portugal (where he was also awarded the title of Lisbon Junior Winner 2012 at the Lisbon International Dog Show in July 2012).

Prince's success in Iberia was quickly followed by a successful time in Croatia where he became a Croatian Junior Champion in summer 2012.

Prince then visited Germany and did exceptionally well at three major shows, including the national and international shows in Dortmund in October 2012, where he was also awarded the title of Federal Junior Winner (Bundesjugendsieger) 2012, and qualified to become a German Junior Champion!

During his time in Germany, Prince was also part of the winning Brace team led by Brigitte Jespersen, which was also successful in gaining 1st and a 2nd places in their first two outings together as a team!

Prince then turned his attention to Belgium, and this outstanding young dog won Excellent 1 in his class, and then Best Junior (Youth) dog and Best Junior in Breed as well as a Dubutant's Cup (Debscup) at the 49th Eurodogshow in Kortrijk, Belgium on 17 November 2012!

These tremendous times as a Junior have continued apace as an adult dog in 2013 and 2014!

First, Prince enjoyed major success in Germany in 2013-1014! Between March 2013 and June 2014, Prince was shown extensively in Germany, beginning at the International Dog Show in Offenburg, Germany (9 March 2013). In little over 15 months, Prince qualified as a full German (Deutscher VDH) National Champion (confirmed by VDH on 11 July 2014).

He secured Excellent 1 awards and six CACs at international championship shows in Offenburg (10 March 2013), Ludwigshafen (28 July 2013) and Hannover (27 October 2013) and national championship shows in Oldenburg (4 and 5 May 2013) and Saarbrucken (9 June 2014). Moreover, he was also awarded two CACIBs and Best of Breed at five of those six championship shows, strengthening his profile as one of the most exciting adult Coton dogs today! In fact, the Coton Club of Germany officially ranked Prince as one of the Top Ten best adult male show dogs in Germany for the first 6 months of 2013!

Second, Prince also did well across Europe in 2013-2014, achieving notable success in Slovenia, France and Belgium as well as the UK in 2013-2014. In January 2013, Prince participated in three major championship shows in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Alongside winning all his classes as Excellent 1, winning CACs and being given his first full CACIB and Reserve CACIB, Prince was awarded Best Dog and the title of Slovenian Winner 2013 at the Ljubljana II CACIB International Show (13 January). In addition, he achieved Cruft's qualification for 2014 in his first month competing as an adult dog. In June 2014, Prince returned to Slovenia - this time to Bled - where he won his fourth Slovenian CAC at the Bled I International Dog Show (21 June 2014), and officially became a Slovenian Beauty Champion (CH. SLO).

Prince has also had a good time in France! On 16 February 2013, Prince attended the Bourges CACIB International Canine Show (Exposition Canine Internationale Bourges) - with an entry of over 60 Coton De Tulear! Prince won and came 1st in the Intermediate Dog Class!

Prince also did well in his new home country of the UK. He has been intermittently shown in the UK, and has achieved Best of Breed, Best Dog, and Reserve Best Dog at numerous KC championship shows in 2013 and 2014!

Furthermore, Prince has also proved a winner in Belgium. In his first show of 2014, Prince went to Belgium, winning Best of Breed (BOB), a CAC and CACIB at the 45th Flanders International Championship Show in Gent (23rd February 2014)!

After achieving five CACIBS in three different countries (Belgium, Germany and Slovenia), Prince was formally confirmed (30 July 2014) as full FCI International Beauty Champion - one of the most prestigious titles offered by the FCI. He is thus one of a only a handful of Coton full FCI International Champions based in the UK! In fact, the official statistics of the FCI illustrate what a notable dog Prince actually is since he was of only 19 British registered dogs (across all breeds) and one of only 24 Coton de Tulears across the world to be awarded the FCI International Champion title in 2014 (FCI Official Statistics 2014, pp. 4 and 11) ...

Prince's showing career goes into the stratosphere when he proved he was one of the best Coton de Tulears in the world today, winning 1st in Open Class, Best Dog and Best of Breed (BOB) at CRUFTS 2015 (8 March 2015)! Not only this but he was shortlisted among some of the best dogs showing today for Best in Group!

Overall, Prince has so far been awarded 12 JCACs (as Junior, JCACs) and a further 12 CACs, 5 CACIBs, 4 Reserve CACIBs (as an adult) in competitions in eight different countries. He has also gone Best of Breed some thirteen (13) times at national and international championship shows, and even gone Best on Group twice (2).

In addition, Jespersen's Excalibur holds the accolades of Lisbon Junior Winner 2012, Bundesjugendsieger 2012, Slovenian Winner 2013, Ortenau Sieger 2013, Saarbrucken Sieger 2014, Karawanken Winner 2014 and CRUFTS 2015 Best of Breed Winner!
