A Happy Ending - Maple's new family - Ken & Daphne

Maple is Murphy and Amba's sister. She was returned to us at nearly four years of age as her owners were unable to keep her. Thankfully all our puppy owners must be prepared to sign a contract before we can even consider them as suitable for one of our puppies and Maple came back home to us in mid August. She immediately settled back into the fold, proving that all the Eveninghill Golden Retrievers have a fantastic temprement.

Luckily there is a happy ending to this very sad story and Maple will be going to live with her new family shortly. They have promised to cherish her for ever and we are certain that Maple will be very happy. Although we will all be very sad when she leaves us we know that she has found a loving home for life.

30 Sep 04 - Maple has now been with her new family for nearly three weeks. They clearly already love her to bits and she them.
