CH Diheath Maximus joins his sister CH Diheath Pandemonium by gainging his champion title.

"Moosey" is jointly bred, owned and shown by Heather Storton and Di Melbourne. Moose is the son of Ch. Dereheath Marcus Aurelius (BOB Crufts 2006, Top Dog 2005) and very much like his father being not exaggerated in any department and very much fit for purpose. Moose has had a wonderful show career and to date has 3 Challenge Certificate and 8 RCCs. Including BIS at Midland Basset Hound Club CH Show 2011. Moosey gained his title in 2013.

Some write ups on Moose:

This boy is all male stallion with substance & size, he won on his headpiece with good moulding and expressive eye of correct lozenge-shape, strong arched neck, good fitting forechest, well muscled quarters and well bent stifle, moved so soundly reaching well forward, pleased to award him his first CC today." Ken Sinclair

"Handsome young saddle tri who appealed in many ways. Good head, leathers well set on and curling neatly. Good front and layback of shoulder, strong neck, well ribbed and firm bodied, strong through loin. Deep chested but still showed sufficient daylight underneath. Well off for bone but nothing in excess. Lovely hindquarters with just the right amount of angulation. Moved well with good forward reach. Stood out in the final line up and I was pleased to award him the RDCC". Leslie Elliott

"Tricolour, masculine head but with a soft expression, low set leathers and a good reach of neck, excellent front, shoulders well laid back, good spring of ribs and a broad, level back, well muscled quarters and a good turn of stifles, tail set correct and looked good on the move, Res CC". Patrick Walden

Excellent orthodox tri who has it all together and in the right proportions, well moulded skull, elegant neck, front and feet all as they should be, good length body but without exaggeration, correct ground clearance, this is a hound who has the construction that would enable him to follow a line all day over all types of terrain, one for the upper house, Res CC". Colin Gillanders

"Lovely type & size, most pleasing head and eye, good front assembly and bone, nice topline & tailset, well angulated quarters, moved really well. RCC" Dianna Spavin.

"A young dog who shows good promise, good headshape & expression, well set leathers, good topline and free movement" Best Puppy Crufts 2010. Siegfried Peter.

"Quality tri, masculine head, good neck and shoulder, plenty of rib, well balanced, moved with drive from hocks" Yearling Dog, Crufts 2011. Alf Wood.

Striking 9 month old tri, very much together for his age, lovely headpiece, proudly carried on reachy neck with good eye and expression, fine ears with curl, well laid back shoulders, defined pro sternum with well filled crook, well fitting elbows, strong well knit body with good ribbing carried well back, excellent hindquarters, well set and carried tail, strong bone and well knuckled feet, moved out with purpose, must have a bright future.
