Another of Freya's puppies, Kasey is owned and loved by Janet and Barry Isherwood from Staffordshire, UK.

'Akimarug Amani' is Inuit, in the dialect of the region the Mahlamuts are from, and means 'wins over there'.
A smaller and rather different type than his brother, it was a very hard choice to make of who to keep. Always sure 'Seven', as he was known in the litter, was going to be a lovely boy, a show home had to be found. Fortunately, Janet and Barry came along, and with Janet at the lead, Kasey has been storming the ring!
At the puppies first show he was Best Puppy and 3rd in the Puppy Working Group. During just the fourth weekend of showing, he was Best Puppy AND Best Of Breed - another of Freya's boys beating her for BOB - then was 4th in the Working Group and won the Puppy Group, and then went on to win Best Puppy In Show!
Kasey is the first of the puppies to qualify for Crufts.
