Noko (short for Nokomis, the Native American name for Mother Earth or the Earth Goddess) is the only girl in Freya's first litter. As our primary reason for breeding was to keep a girl, there was never any question we were keeping her. As luck would have it, she is exactly what I was hoping to get from this breeding.
'Anana Arri' is Inuit, in the dialect of the region the Mahlamuts are from, and means 'beautiful likeness'. And she is so like Freya, just a touch more reserved, and her face is a bit different - but these differences might be more obvious to those who know them both!

Noko is now the Matriarch of the Tuvaurat household, as Freya is now elderly. As any good leader, she looks after everyone, especially Freya, exceptionally well. She has given us 4 beautiful litters over the years, although there was just one single little pup in her last. She has proved the be the best brood bitch and even in Granny-hood she still insists on looking after Inoka's pups!
