I have been involved with Weimaraners since 1987. I have shown many to their Show Champion titles & 3 to their full Champion titles as well as breeding a full champion. I believe that a Weimaraner should be able to do the job they were bred for & I try to adhere to this when breeding.
Throughout the shooting season, the dogs are shot over regularly, being used in a beating line and also as picking up dogs.

When breeding I will dock my puppies tails as long as the law allows me to. Each puppy will have a docking certificate to state they have been legally docked by my vet and also .... (click to read more)

Weimaraners and German Pointers have shared my home and life for twenty years.
Both are a wonderful, but demanding breed.
My first 'show' dog was 'Mouse,' (SH CH Risinglark Hyperion JW). A wonderful male Weimaraner who was a true gentleman. Mouse has passed his exeptional temperment and good looks to his son 'Logan' (SH CH Ansona Gamekeeper at Aarranz JW Sh CM) and his grandson, 'Riley' (Kalimor Celtic Storm at Aarranz JW).
Indi (Hillanhi Aphaia at Aarranz) our GSP had a super litter of 10 Solid Liver puppies to SH CH Barleyarch Cricket at Keigame JW Sh CM.

From a very young age I have been involved with dogs and horses but it wasn't until I settled back in the UK that I was fortunate enough to be 'owned' by such a wonderful breed. First and foremost my dogs were acquired as ' companions' and anything else accomplished is a bonus.

My main interest is showing and even before I had a weimaraner of my own I would spend many hours both at the side of a show ring or researching the breed with any means I could find. Unfortunately my first 2 boys were not suitable for showing, one due to medical problems and the other just disliking the whole .... (click to read more)

His Hip Score was 8:8. Then there was Anna, Granddaughter of Connie and Claude.
