    I have had dogs all my life. We decided as a family to have a family pet and everyone agreed it was to be a dog. We started to research different breeds and with having children temperment was first and foremost in choosing the breed of dog. I always had a liking for Saint Bernards and of course after visiting with people who had the breed it wasn't long before the whole family were hooked.
