I am very passionate about my dogs and their wellbeing.
My love for cocker Spaniel start when I was 14 years old . My first dog a 14 week old male orange roan cocker Spaniel. Since then my love and interest for this breed grown because of their Merry temperament , friendly and very trainable as they are very clever dogs .
We have had Shih Tzu for more than 30 years, although no longer breed. We have been breeding and showing CAZHMIR BLACK PUGS for only a few years, but our aim is to produce sound, healthy stock of the correct size with large, round dark eyes that do not protrude, very black single coats, good bone and excellent temperament. Our dogs all live in the house with us and are very much part of our everyday lives. We only have one or two litters a year that are reared with the utmost care, consideration, and attention to detail,in our home - by the AGA.

We are quite new to showing but love every second of it, just like the dogs. Our stud Harry has achieved a 2nd yearling at crufts. We occasionally breed litters from Holly and Kate who are both excellent mothers, our only desire is for their pups to find kind caring homes just like ours
We breed closely to the breed standard with the health and temperament of the breed been the upmost importance.
All are dogs and puppies live in are family home, they are never kept outside or in Kennels.
All are puppies are given lots of love and attention and are use to been handled they are well socialised with children and other dogs and are use to all the normal household goings on.

I have a life long interest in the world of dogs and have bred and shown several breeds during my life. My favourite breed is the Shih Tzu and all my dogs live in the home as pets and are much loved members of the family. I have the interests of the Shih Tzu breed at heart, believing in and following the ethical guidelines of the Shih Tzu Club. I may occasionally have puppies available to knowledgeable homes.

We dont have many litters but we aim to breed the traditional type of shih tzu and only usually have a Keeshond litter when we want one for ourselves , about every 3 to 4 years .

We have both adored this breed since childhood and were fortunate enough to obtain our first bitch (Lola) in 2014. Then in 2015 along came our first dog (Louie) and we have had much success in the show ring with both of them. We are both active members of all the main breed clubs and follow their strict guidelines. Michael is also on the committee for the Shih Tzu Club.

It all started back in 1977, when my husband George and I were trying for a family. We had a few problems along the way, and the medical staff advised us/me to take up a hobby! And from that day forward, I took an interest in showing dogs.
My first dog was called 'Skippy', a grey/white male Shih Tzu from the “Saleden” kennel in Carlisle. He did okay at open shows, but that was it - I was hooked on dog showing!
Christine Solesby “Mingrovia” affix had a litter of puppies which we went to look at, and along came 'Tammy' (Champion Mingrovia Elite Petite Of Tameron), a .... (click to read more)
