that live on the west coast of Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District.
All our dogs live in the house as pets and spaces on the sofa are often hard to come by :-)

It was by chance back in 1977 when a local neighbour had a litter of Shetland Sheepdogs that my love of the breed began. My first dog Shep was a blue merle and I have never been without dogs since. I limit myself to 4 dogs at any one time, I currently have 3 Shetland Sheepdogs, 2 blue merles bitches, a sable/white male and a sable/white Rough Collie.

I have over 30 years experience of the breed and I adhere to KC guidelines and rules when breeding from my dogs.

Toffee is my first australian shepherd after owning and showing Rough and Bearded Collies for 30 yrs. He has a very easy going temperament loving all other dogs and people and always making me laugh. He does well in the show ring and I am looking forward to doing agility with him later. When we go training he can't wait to get into the agility area to have a go. I often wonder why I did't get one years ago and cannot wait to get my next one.

Rusty is a pure bred pedigree Rough Collie from local stock.

Still young, he is a much loved playful family dog who gets on very well with children and other dogs. He is extremely handsome, good natured, very friendly and intelligent, and I am sure would sire some gorgeous puppies.

Though he is not a show dog, I have been told by an ex-Crufts judge that with a little training, he would qualify.

He has had a health check each year. The stud fee is £200, discounted as this is his first venture. Full refund if no result.

Hi I am Veronica and I come from near Balloch, Loch Lomond, Scotland.

My interest in Rough Collies started in December 1990 when my boyfriend at the time [We're now married] was going to Ireland for Christmas and asked me to look after his dog. He was a tricolour Rough Collie called Sam. Sam was from the Castlelaird Kennel and was sired by Stronvar Silent Warrior.
