When Carol & I met she already owned "Tess", a rescue Collie-cross. After losing Tess, aged 17, there was no other choice for us. We are a small hobby kennel, who presently do not breed. We have six rottweilers, who all live in the house with ourselves and our children. All our dogs are fed a natural diet of raw meaty bones. The dogs enjoy a swim every week at a hydrotherapy pool and during the summer months we take them down to the beach which is five minutes walk away. Living on the South Downs we are never more than a few minutes drive away from lovely countryside and forests which the dogs love.

Having carefully selected Thandi and Zara back in 2007 from respectable established breeders in the UK we then added to our family by keeping Roxanne from Zara's first litter in 2010.

Both Zara and Roxanne enjoy the show ring and qualified in 2011 for both Channel Islands dog of the year in Jersey and Crufts.
Zara and Roxanne have obtained their Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze and Silver awards and Thandi has obtained her Bronze.

Our girls live in the house and are treated as part of the family. They are socialised with other dogs at the local training clubs.

I have always been animal mad and as a child always had a dog and in my teenage years bred mice, hamsters and rabbits. When I got married in 1968 I had my first pedigree dog a Labrador Retriever and a Jack Russell. My next dog was a GSD obtained from a breeder for Guide Dogs and my interest in obedience started. In 1978 My next dog was a Rottweiler which I hoped to do working trials. Injury to a hind leg curtailed all hopes of competing so my next Rottweiler I decided to show and got the bug. We are a small hobby kennel situated in Lincolnshire. Our dogs enjoy the show ring, obedience, agility and working, although not all of them do so at competition level.
