My family moved to South Africa when I was a child and that is where we were first introduced to this stunning breed. Forty odd years later and I still would have nothing else. My pack consists of Milo 8 years, Kara 3 years and Jazzie who is 2. They are always pet dogs first!

When I was lucky enough to find Kara I decided to dabble in a bit of showing and have never looked back! I now show Kara and Jazzie and we love it and they have both qualified for Crufts every year! However, they are still my gorgeous pet dogs and have been brought up in a normal family household and are a .... (click to read more)

He won Best in Show at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Great Britain Open Show from over 100 entries in June 2006. This win followed a Best in Show win at Witney & District Open Show and final .... From the very 1st time I saw my 1st ridgeback I knew that I had to share my life with them and have done so since 1978 when Nelson became my best friend. Since then I have been extremely fortunate and have had the pleasure of always having a ridgeback at home. Jellicoe senior and Nelson and just recently my beautiful Nell are running free over rainbow bridge but we still share our lives with Jellicoe junior now 12 years young and Nells daughter Izzy.
