We are based in Manchester and have been breeding Weimaraners since 1992. Our bloodlines are based on Gil Simpson's Sireva lines. Although we are not currently breeding Weimaraners.

In 2001 we got our first Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen Irish and US Champion Afterglow Errol Flynn from Mike Gadsby and have since gone into partnership with Mike to breed Afterglow PBGVs.

To date we have bred dogs that have gone on to be champions in IIreland, America, Greece and New Zealand as well as in the UK.

We are a small kennel situated in the countryside near Boston, Lincolnshire & have been involved with dogs for over 30 years, starting in Bull Terriers where we worked in the world famous Ormandy kennels & then owned, showed & bred our own Bullies. We have also owned & bred Rottweilers but now own 2 GBGVs, 1 PBGV, 3 Australian Shepherds, 2 German Shepherds, & a Norfolk Terrier.

Pat and Jim Marland of Town End Farm, specialise in pure French Petit Basset Griffon Vendeens, (PBGVs) bred only from the very best imported French lines.

In 2011 we imported FR CH Brise des ptits bouts de Choans, who had her first litter of pups in August.

Whilst our dogs still retain the instinct to chase rabbits when out for walks, they are predominantly family pets and are very sociable.

The PBGV is a highly spirited, lively, loving and sensitive dog that is clever and has a mind of its own, but they are quite straightforward.
