We are a small kennel of Miniature Wirehaired Dachshunds. Our aim is to breed healthy, confident dogs conforming to the breed standard and fit to lead a full and active life. We enjoy a fair bit of success in the show ring and most of our dogs qualify to be shown at Crufts. All our dogs live as part of the family and enjoy going through the woods at our home having a great time. We occassionally have house reared puppies for sale.

We have been showing, handling, judging and working gundogs (with birds of prey and with the gun) for over 25 years, our first gundog being an Irish Setter.

We are a very small family kennel and enjoy spending quaility time with our dogs who are very much part of the family. We have a wide knowledge of HPR breeds, Gordan and Janet having GWP's and Chinese Crested Dogs and Donna and Neil having Large Munsterlanders and Minature Wirehaired Dachshunds.

Since then our dachshund family has grown with the addition of Dollies 2 sons and our new Star - Daisie.
We live in Cavan, Ireland where there are beautiful National Parks and Lakes close by where the Dogs love to run free, hunt and swim.

In 2012, we got our PBGV, Ice and what a character he is. Such a fun, free-willed young boy who we hope to have so much fun with.

Alice is our Standard Wire-haired Dachshund, she was shown as a puppy occasionally. A puppy bitch from her last litter is doing well in the show ring.
Alice is a friendly, outgoing, cheeky girl and wants to be every ones friend.
Dolly ( Brindle ), Lily ( Red Brindle ) and Beattie ( Black & Tan ) are our Mini Wirehaired Dachshunds all are happy friendly and cheeky.they have all been DNA tested for Lafora and GPRA cord1.

I have been breading dogs for almost the entire duration of my life. My interest started at a very young age and I would often smuggle strays into the house behind my mothers back.

As far as Border Terriers are concerned, I have probably been breading them for the last 25 years. I have had considerable showing success, including Crufts qualifiers etc. All my Borders work as well as show, and over the years, we have produced a strain which I believe has the perfect balance between working and showing attributes.
