    Darksprite is a small friendly show kennel based in North Yorkshire. We have owned miniature schnauzers for 20 years and been showing our dogs for over 12 years. All our dogs are raised as part of the family and are well socialised and healthy, holidaying with us and taking part in breed walks, while some have also participated in KC Good Citizen and scent work training classes.     I have been breeding Miniature Schnauzers for over 30 years. My dogs are bred for sound confirmation and temperament. The stud dogs I have used have been show dogs and have had good temperament.
    I was was attracted to the breed because of their size and breed qualities, making them ideal pets.
    My dogs are eye tested and I am a member of the Miniature Schnauzer Club and Nothern Schnauzer Club. I have bred three colours in the past .

    I have been breeding schnauzers for 25 years. I have the largest gene pool in standard schnauzers having imported several dogs. As well as standards I own minis - all these are eye tested and all litters of minis are eye tested prior to homing. I have been top breeder of standards for the last 6 years.
    I run a boarding and rescue kennels. The rescue is used by the RSPCA for rehoming dogs and we are also used by Schnauzer rescue.
