I have always had the reputation of breeding small, yet healthy puppies. I believe that the breed size should remain as the original standard states, "Small dainty and compact."

I have no Champions as I stopped showing 19 years ago, due to ill health. I have always remained in the breed, both breeding the occasional litter, and also allowing my boys to do stud work.

My Mother and I have bred and shown dogs for four generations and have some beautiful top show dogs who live their full life as happy pets within our home. When we breed our priority is sound, healthy, well socialised out going puppies who need caring, lovely homes for life. Most pups are sold with full restrictions, pups will not be vaccinated or frontlined as 12 weeks in my opinion is far too young and a risk to health in such a small breed[information about risks can be given]fully wormed and insured.

We have only been owners of Shibas and Akitas and Long Haired Chihuahuas for a few years. We got our first Shiba in 2005 and our first Akita in 2007. In 2009 we added to our family when we fell in love with a little chocolate long coated chihuahua.
We now have 5 Shibas, 4 Akitas and 4 long coated Chihuahua and couldn't imagine life without our boys and girls.
We are only a small breeder and to date have only had 4 shiba litters,1 Akita Litter and just had our first chihuahua litter as we only breed to improve the breed and to add to our own doggy family.

We are a very small hobby kennel who occasionally have a litter. After a careful search for a double 'A' sire which would complement our double 'A' clear for PRA & FN girl, and produce equally good temperaments as their parents, we are pleased to say we had a litter of cockers in Dec 2009.
Having had various dogs since 1980 we now live with English Cocker Spaniels, a Labrador Retriever and a long coat chihuahua in the Chesterfield area.
