    Our dogs are all our pets first and foremost and then our showdogs. All live with us as house-dogs.

    We had Briards from 1983 to 2002. Our male Briard Ch & Irish Ch Perrylands Sparticus was the first dual English and Irish champion in the breed and the first Briard to ever be declared an Irish Annual Champion. Sadly he died in 2001 aged 10.5 years old.

    Lhasa Apsos have been with us since 1997.

    My interest in Great Danes started when I was a child and I bought my first one 43 years ago, a harlequin. I took her around the shows and was hooked. I eventualy had a litter from her then successfuly campaigned and bred harlequins, about 5 years later introduced fawns then brindles.

    Since then I have campaigned 11 Danes to their title. I have been awarded 58 CC's and numerous RCC's with homebred Danes to date. Two of the most well known dogs being Ch.     i and my family have always had dogs. i became interested in maltese in 1990 and joined the maltese club in 1991 and soon obtained my first maltese having waited a year for her. i soon made up several champions and bred a champion in my very first litter. the lady i bought from had bred them for 50 years and she taught me all about them and the different lines going way way back.

    Wyndcatch Lhasa Apso's is a small kennel established since 1980, I breed only when I want to keep something to show. At present have 4 Lhasa Apso's 1 Male 3 female two of which are puppies.     I registered my affix Ardquin in 1964, and started showing Poodles, then came Cockers Spaniels. In 1968 I bought my first American Cocker. I judged Crufts in 1982, I still have a strong interest in the breed. I am in partnership with Jackie Hill, Fielgar American Cockers. Latterly, have concentrated on the Lhasa Apso. In 1992 judged my first open Apso club show, namely L.A.C . Awarded CC's in 1993. I retired from judging in 2009. Have had a fair amount of success in the show ring.     It all started in 1989 when we bought our first Lhasa Apso as a pet. From here we found the bug for showing. In 1991 we had our first litter of Lhasa Apso's which contained our very own Elleonia Showstopper which won joint Puppy of the Year in 1992 in Lhasa Apsos. Since then we have had many litters of Lhasa's over the years which has now led us to the stock we have today.

    I have been showing and breeding for over 20 years in Lhasa apso`s, but have had rottweiler`s for about 15 year`s.

    Although we are relatively new to breeding and showing lhasa apso's,we are extremely happy that our paths crossed with two rescue lhasa's which we helped rehome to a relative 3 years ago ,we were instantly won over by their characters and temperment and have been mesmerised with them ever since.
    We acquired our first bitch not long after this encounter ,and she has become a loving family pet and a great mother to her pups.
