I have a small hobby breeding and showing kennels consisting of Rottweilers and Lhasa Apso`s.
I have been showing and breeding for over 20 years in Lhasa apso`s, but have had rottweiler`s for about 15 year`s.
We (the dogs) have had success in the show ring qualifying for crufts. Which means to me i must be doing something right!

Our dogs have been a significant part of family life for the last 20 years.

We bought our first 'show' dog in 1996, and since then, although we only show as a hobby, have been fortunate enough to have bred 2 pointers and 1 vizsla that have attained their stud book numbers, and attained stud book numbers with a further 6 dogs, in our 2 favourite breeds Pointers and Hungarian Vizsla.

We were fortunate to have a fantastic vizsla join us in 2006, MY 'once in a lifetime dog' called Stanegate Sheila's Wheels, our whirlwind introduction to the breed of Hungarian Vizslas. We thank .... (click to read more)

We breed for Type and temperament and we often keep puppies we breed if they are of show standard, we only breed to improve the breed. We are happy to discuss rehoming a puppy with new owners if we feel the home is right. We will want a lot of information about potential owners, so please expect to answer a lot of questions. Our interest in dogs happened approx 20yrs ago we started with German shepherd dogs showed those for awhile but for obvious reasons our children could not be as
involved as we would have liked so we got a little dog namely a lhasa apso.

Because of the endearing characters of this breed it wasnt long that the lhasas moved in and the sheperds dwindled out ever since we have took this breed to our hearts we began showing them we got first Lhasa from a breeder Mrs Tina Lewis Ragoosa Lhasa Apsos who knew what she was doing and had lovely temprements which is our no .... Our dogs are all our pets first and foremost and then our showdogs. All live with us as house-dogs.

We had Briards from 1983 to 2002. Our male Briard Ch & Irish Ch Perrylands Sparticus was the first dual English and Irish champion in the breed and the first Briard to ever be declared an Irish Annual Champion. Sadly he died in 2001 aged 10.5 years old.

Lhasa Apsos have been with us since 1997.
We are grateful for the joy that our Lhasa Apsos bring to our lives. We breed Lhasa Apsos only occasionally. All puppies are sold as pets and not to be bred from/not to be .... (click to read more)
