Our dogs are all our pets first and foremost and then our showdogs. All live with us as house-dogs.

We had Briards from 1983 to 2002. Our male Briard Ch & Irish Ch Perrylands Sparticus was the first dual English and Irish champion in the breed and the first Briard to ever be declared an Irish Annual Champion. Sadly he died in 2001 aged 10.5 years old.

Lhasa Apsos have been with us since 1997.
We are grateful for the joy that our Lhasa Apsos bring to our lives. We breed Lhasa Apsos only occasionally. All puppies are sold as pets and not to be bred from/not to be .... (click to read more)

I was born into the world of show dogs with my parents kennel of Afghan hounds, which produced many champions under the KHINJAN affix.
When I left home I bought my first Schnauzer in 1984. He became the breed record holder and the breeds first ch. show group winner and won best of breed at crufts for 7 consecutive years. I have bred 12 UK Schnauzer champions and many overseas.
I own a champion Giant Schnauzer who was top winning bitch in 2007. In 2001, I added Pugs to my kennel and made up my first home bred champion in 2006. In 2003 I bought a German Short Haired Pointer bitch from the .... (click to read more)

The lhasa Apso entered my life in the 1990s as a pet for our children.
I soon became fasinated with this little Tibetan dog & its very interesting history.
I decided to show my Apso at local open shows as a Sunday afternoon hobby. I slowly graduated on to Championship shows where Drivin' Miss Daisy qualified for Crufts & gained her stud book number, I was hooked!.....
My hobby became a pasionate way of life.
Although I don't breed many litters I have so far bred a UK Champion who achieved Top stud in 2005 & a Bel/Lux Champion, group 9 winner.

I judged Crufts in 1982, I still have a strong interest in the breed. I am in partnership with Jackie Hill, Fielgar American Cockers. Latterly, have concentrated on the Lhasa Apso. In 1992 judged my first open Apso club show, namely L.A.C . Awarded CC's in 1993. I retired from judging in 2009. Have had a fair amount of success in the show ring. Although we are relatively new to breeding and showing lhasa apso's,we are extremely happy that our paths crossed with two rescue lhasa's which we helped rehome to a relative 5 years ago ,we were instantly won over by their characters and temperment and have been mesmerised with them ever since.
We acquired our first bitch not long after this encounter ,and she has become a loving family pet and a great mother to her pups.
Our kennel has grown over the years and so has our experience and we are doing really well in the show ring.
We are always very selective on a good choice of .... (click to read more)
