Finalist for Proplan Pup of the Year and qualified for the Semi-Final of the JW competition. Multiple group winner at open shows with over 50 BOBs.

    i and my family have always had dogs. i became interested in maltese in 1990 and joined the maltese club in 1991 and soon obtained my first maltese having waited a year for her. i soon made up several champions and bred a champion in my very first litter. the lady i bought from had bred them for 50 years and she taught me all about them and the different lines going way way back.

    I have had dogs all my life and found this wonderfull breed the Lhasa Apso several years ago.

    I am a Kennel Club Assured Breeder. PRA eye testing is always up to date with any dog or bitch being used in a breeding program.

    Puppies are occasionally available to loving show and pet homes. All my puppies are reared in my home. My aim is to breed for type and temperment, quality, happy and healthy Lhasa Apso's.

    K.C. Assured Breeders. We are relative newcomers to the world of breeding and showing dogs, though we have always had a dog as part of the family with three sons growing up.

    We are a small hobby Kennel and our aim is to breed quality healthy puppies within our home and not in kennels. We aim to breed to Show Standard but more importantly breed sound healthy well socialised dogs.

    I was first involved with dogs at an early age, my mother having Golden Retrievers, I also spent time working at a Boarding Kennels in my school years, so when a job opportunity came to work abroad in Norway in the 1980's, it gave me my first experience of Lhasa Apso's, falling in love with the breed, meeting people like Jean Blyth and Ann Matthews, who visited the kennel of Tanac owned by Dag Lina and Sven Helgeson.     The Yakee kennel was established in 1965 with the purchase of our first Boston Terrier and through the years we have concentrated on breeding healthy happy dogs with imports form the USA to improve the Boston Terrier genitic gene pool, from the 70's we had our first champion and JW winner all our our stock is JHC clear and we are licensed and inspected by our Local Authority
    We have had a lot of success with oour Pekingese and now have bred and shown over 40 UK champions and many more abroad. We were Supreme Champion at Crufts in 2003 with our Pekingese Champion Yakee a Dangerous Liaison

    I registered my affix Ardquin in 1964, and started showing Poodles, then came Cockers Spaniels. In 1968 I bought my first American Cocker. I judged Crufts in 1982, I still have a strong interest in the breed. I am in partnership with Jackie Hill, Fielgar American Cockers. Latterly, have concentrated on the Lhasa Apso. In 1992 judged my first open Apso club show, namely L.A.C . Awarded CC's in 1993. I retired from judging in 2009. Have had a fair amount of success in the show ring.     I am the proud owner of a beautiful 3 year old Lhasa Apso named Skyler and have recently welcomed a 12 week old Cocker Spaniel to our home. As a child, my father would always bring home stray dogs from the Police Station were he worked so I have owned a number of dogs over the years. My dogs are treated as members of the family and have wonderful temperaments.

    I have been showing Lhasa Apsos from the age of 8 when I helped my Mum handling her dogs. I qualified for the JHA finals. I have handled both at home and abroad ,where I handled my Mum's dog to 2RCCs on the same day.
    I have 2 girls - Rose's daughters Sassy and Gypsey.
    I enjoyed much success with Rose AKA Deelayne As You Like It At Hopeinn ShCM. Gaining through her career 1CC and 4RCCs, BIS and RBIS at open show level.

    Bushkah and Zookah are our lovely Flyhart Girls, We were very lucky to get the chance to buy these girls from Flyhart (phillippa Tuck)as the sire of these girls was the wonderful Draycore Uzi For Flyhart.
    British Regional Champion V1 Draycore Uzi for Flyhart(Adult Vice Sieger Longcoat Male British Sieger 2012 & Youth Male Sieger British Sieger 2011).
    Our own boy Buzz is a Korzwin Boy from the wonderful Draycore Sat Nav Via Korzwin, and his mother being CH Korzwin Linzi.

    I Have been breeding Lhasa Apsos for around 12 years ,I always breed for type and temprement, I AM A MEMBER OF KENNEL CLUB UK, MLAA, NOLAC, LAC, My dogs are all very much loved pets first and foremost, I began breeding around 12 years ago, with some very succesful results, Some of the dogs have been shown lightly, with some success but I am sorry to say that I cannot find the time it takes to do it now,

    I was born into the world of show dogs with my parents kennel of Afghan hounds, which produced many champions under the KHINJAN affix.
    When I left home I bought my first Schnauzer in 1984. He became the breed record holder and the breeds first ch. show group winner and won best of breed at crufts for 7 consecutive years. I have bred 12 UK Schnauzer champions and many overseas.

    Although we are relatively new to breeding and showing lhasa apso's,we are extremely happy that our paths crossed with two rescue lhasa's which we helped rehome to a relative 5 years ago ,we were instantly won over by their characters and temperment and have been mesmerised with them ever since.
    We acquired our first bitch not long after this encounter ,and she has become a loving family pet and a great mother to her pups.

    Our dogs are all our pets first and foremost and then our showdogs. All live with us as house-dogs.

    We had Briards from 1983 to 2002. Our male Briard Ch & Irish Ch Perrylands Sparticus was the first dual English and Irish champion in the breed and the first Briard to ever be declared an Irish Annual Champion. Sadly he died in 2001 aged 10.5 years old.

    Lhasa Apsos have been with us since 1997.

    Gallerio is a small show kennel based in the north east of england close to the a19 where we are always willing to talk lhasa apso. All my stock is pra tested and micro chipped.
