Our interest in dogs happened approx 20yrs ago we started with German shepherd dogs showed those for awhile but for obvious reasons our children could not be as
involved as we would have liked so we got a little dog namely a lhasa apso.
Because of the endearing characters of this breed it wasnt long that the lhasas moved in and the sheperds dwindled out ever since we have took this breed to our hearts we began showing them we got first Lhasa from a breeder Mrs Tina Lewis Ragoosa Lhasa Apsos who knew what she was doing and had lovely temprements which is our no .... I was first involved with dogs at an early age, my mother having Golden Retrievers, I also spent time working at a Boarding Kennels in my school years, so when a job opportunity came to work abroad in Norway in the 1980's, it gave me my first experience of Lhasa Apso's, falling in love with the breed and meeting people like Jean Blyth, and Ann Matthews who visited the kennel of Tanac owned by Dag Lina and Sven Helgeson. After having my first Lhasa Apso in 1996, I have had success with my dogs in the Show World, making up 5 Champions in the UK and I have exported a dog to South Africa, who was .... Although we are relatively new to breeding and showing lhasa apso's,we are extremely happy that our paths crossed with two rescue lhasa's which we helped rehome to a relative 3 years ago ,we were instantly won over by their characters and temperment and have been mesmerised with them ever since.
We acquired our first bitch not long after this encounter ,and she has become a loving family pet and a great mother to her pups.
We now also have a male dog ,who has just started out in the show ring and is learning fast, and is teaching our teenage daughter the ropes, as well as ourselves

we are a family of boxer and lhasa apso enthusiasts based in cheshire.
our love of the boxer began in 1995 when we purchased our first as a pet. Our first lhasa apso joined our growing family shortly afterwards but it was roughly ten years later before we felt knowledgable enough to breed a litter.
We are still predominantly enthusiasts of both breeds but do have the occasional litter bred from health tested parents and following the kennel club assured breeders guidlines of which we are members.
We consider our dogs to be members of our family who share our home with .... (click to read more) -

My interest in Great Danes started when I was a child and I bought my first one 43 years ago, a harlequin. I took her around the shows and was hooked. I eventualy had a litter from her then successfuly campaigned and bred harlequins, about 5 years later introduced fawns then brindles.
Since then I have campaigned 11 Danes to their title. I have been awarded 58 CC's and numerous RCC's with homebred Danes to date. Two of the most well known dogs being Ch. Arondyke Arnold the Bouncer (brindle) and Ch. Arondyke Against All Odds (fawn) who have left their mark and can be found behind many .... (click to read more)
