We have been in the Breed for approx 30 years now, starting with a beaufiful Sandylands black bitch. On our 25 wedding anniversary our daughters bought us a chocolate bitch, kennel name Lougin Lamara (Bisto to us) and we took the breeders advice to show her and we are proud to say we made her up into a Show Champion, winning the Labrador Retriever Club 50th anniversary Championship Show as the Best Bitch and Best of Breed.

Bill is the expert in our house on Labradors and knows much about a lot of other breeds. He judges all over the Country and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the dog .... (click to read more)

My name is Mandy, and I have been breeding labrador retrievers for the last eight years. I breed purely as a hobby, and to keep one of my offspring for future generations; the welfare of my dogs is of paramount importance to me. In total, we have seven girls, and the latest one we have bred from is Evie who has delighted us with her first litter born on 3rd September 2014.

My love of labradors started some 25 years ago, when I first met my husband, who had the pleasure of owning two labradors at the time. Our girls have the best of everything in life, they come first and are truly .... (click to read more)

All my bitches are health tested - hips, elbows, annual eye tests and DNA tested for PRA, EIC and lately HNPK.

We are not a kennel as such, as our dogs are pets that live in with us. Living in a residential area in a large village in the cotswolds, we have to keep the number of dogs we own low, so I am therefore proud to have bred Labradors who have gained their stud book numbers or hold a Show Gundog Working Certificate, but what gives me a real thrill is to see Labradors that I have bred working in a partnership for Dogs For Good (Dogs For The Disabled.)

Puppies are bred .... (click to read more)

I first became interested in Labradors when I was a young girl (quite a long time ago), my dad was a police man and he brought my first Labrador home from the police station. Since those early days I have owned quite a few Labs and loved every single minute, I simply adore them. Since moving on to breeding and showing my Labs I have met some wonderful people and made good friends who I am grateful to for all the encouragement and advice they have given me.

I have yellows and blacks and recently bred some chocolate Labs. All of our dogs are treat as family pets and live in the house .... (click to read more)

Labradors have been part of my family for the majority of my life, having grown up working with Guide Dogs for the blind and also having family pets. I developed a strong passion for the breed, mainly from working lines, and took the decision to start a Labrador family for myself. My Labradors are all family pets and have wonderfully sound temperaments. They are well socialised and love children! All have excellent hip and elbow scores and current clear eye certificates, which is not only important for the dog herself but for any of her offspring too. I make sure they are taken to the very .... (click to read more)
