    I am a Kennel Club Assured Breeder using all the mandatory and recommended health tests plus additional DNA tests.

    Based in South West Wales, we have 5 lovely labs (2 girls, 3 boys) who live inside as part of the family and take life in their stride, just as happy chilling out on the sofa, running around the beach or in the show-ring.

    I am not presently breeding (nor do I have anything in the pipeline). We do however own health tested proven stud dogs and have great handling support nearby if required.

    We are both retired Lake District mountain rescue search dog handlers, and Dom was an instructor and assessor.

    We breed working labradors, with a strong emphasis on health, athleticism, temperament and willingness to learn. We have been Kennel Club Accredited (now Assured) Breeders since 2005.     Our affix comes from our first Labrador Retriever bitch whom was named 'Killala Ocean Breeze' following a visit to Killala Bay in Southern Ireland.

    Our labradors are working born and bred and are only suited to working or active homes. We have both Black and Fox Red's which have been worked and bred for ~20 years.

    Later in life we got a Rottweiler bitch Keira and a new love was born.

    We are a small kennel based in the West Midlands area. We had our first Labrador 34 years ago for a pet. At present we own 3 Labradors which are part of our family as loveable pets. I started showing as a hobby 17 years ago when I purchased my black foundation bitch Bonnie. We have the occasional litter to refresh my show stock, but foremost they are bred for temperament.

I along with my husband Martin are now kennel Club assured Breeders and passed our inspection vist by the KC It all started with the great Morrisaxon Black Majic who beat every dog there was,this gave me the bug,then the chance arose to fulfil a childhood dream of breeding Labradors,I have exhibited and had prizes from Crufts.I breed all 3 colours with temperament being my number 1 priority.I believe in old fashioned values and have made many a friend from my puppies.

    As well as being shown, our dogs work, do agilty and obedience, raise money for charity and Tess is a registered Pets as Therapy dog. They are all in a display team. All are shown and work in the field. They are all donors for Pet Blood Bank UK - each donation helps at least four other sick or injured dogs.
