We Successfully Show and work our Wire's on a local shoot as well as taking part in Working Tests. We feel that this allows us and our Wires to enjoy life to the full.

We are a family of 5, living in Nantwich , Cheshire. We bought our first "Wire", Freya (Starshot Kazoo) 8 years ago and kept her daughter, Lyra (Wychtrees Katalin) from her first litter. Freya has proven to be a fantastic mum to her 3 litters, as has Lyra to her first litter 2 years ago.We fell in love with the breed, for their affectionate, gentle manner and "Joy of life". Tilly (wilfnbell Red Pash), our Australian Terrier, joined our "pack" 3 years ago. We wanted a smaller dog to be a companion for our disabled daughter, and she has been amazing; gentle, calm and empathetic. Our dogs, .... (click to read more)

Having shown Cragvallie Dalmatians for 40 years, the Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla has now become my main breed. I first fell in love with the Wires in 1992, when I had the honour of judging Amor and Maya at NGA. I always keep strong working lines within my gundogs as I believe a dog should be capable of performing the job it was originally bred for, mine all display lots of working potential. I've owned smooth Vizsla, Basset Fauve de Bretagne, Dobermanns, a Boston terrier and a Longhaired & Mini Wire Dachshunds most dogs shown attaining a stud book entry, including a number of Champions, .... They are first and foremost part of our family and live in my home, not in Kennels, all puppies are born inside too so are all use to life in a busy home.
