    we only breed very occasionally and every litter is carefully planned to ensure any puppies are good examples of their breed and health tested to the standard that breed requires. our dogs are all carefully bred for good honest working dogs that can be suitable for active pet homes. we are not big breeders having lots of litters and may only have a litter every few years if we want to keep a puppy so please emails us to be placed on the waiting list, we put heart and soul into every puppy we breed socialising them and taking them to puppy classes

    Turtonmoor is the most successful HWV Field Trialling kennel in the UK. FT Ch Kerride Henry (Caesar) is the only HWV to attain the title of Field Trial Champion in the UK. Caesar was an award winner at the 2013 KC HPR Championship.

    Ribble Amber (Amber) was an award winner at the 2015 KC HPR Championship. This was only her third competition at Open Field Trial level.

    We are a family of dog lovers. Firstly and primarily our dogs are our pets. I take great pride in training all our dogs through the Kennel Club Good Citizen dog training system passing their Bronze, Silver and Gold tests. We Successfully Show and work our Wire on a local shoot as well as taking part in Working Tests. We feel that this allows us and our Wires to enjoy life to the full.

    My first Smooth Fox Terrier arrived in the late 1950's and with the beginning of Canterwey in the 1970's, my interest in the Breed is as strong as ever. Having produced and shown many Ch. Show winning Smooths (& various other breeds) my stock is breeding on for others to enjoy success in the ring. In 2005 came the Welsh Terrier....
    I first awarded Challenge Certificates for Smooths in the early 1980's and also award Challenge Certificates to Wire Fox Terriers and judge various breeds and varieties.

    I established the KISDON name in 1974 and was well known throughout the 70's and 80's for producing successful Weimaraners. The Weimaraners were joined in 1994 by Shannamaya Solymar of Kisdon (Millie), the first of Kisdon's Hungarian Wire Haired Vizslas.
    All the Kisdon litters are born in the house and socialised with my other dogs. My priority throughout has been to breed for soundness, temperament, working ability and show quality.
    I am proud to have the Kennel Club Assured Breeders Accolade of Excellance.

    I have owned a variety of dogs all of my life but the lovely wires certainly own me. Their gentle charm and charisma have made them difficult to resist. The lovely young bitch Lily (Kisdons Attribute) is my second successful show wire from the Kisdon kennel, and my fourth wire. Lily enjoys agility and recently passed her Good Citizen Silver Test.

    We successfully bred our first litter in 2010 from Bayside Brokk of Lanokk ShCM X Kenmillix Metope at Fassfields, Saffy. What a delightful thriving, happy and confident litter this was! From this litter we kept our very own Fassfields Queen Breha who became Top Puppy 2011 and also awarded her first CC at Crufts 2012 at the age of 16 months. Showing is only our second discipline - we have 4 dogs in total and currently work 3 of them on shoots within the Trough of Bowland area.     We have been showing dogs for 25 years and we have been very privalaged to be owned by this breed for over 10 years now. We can't imagine life without them. They are first and foremost part of our family and live in my home, not in Kennels, all puppies are born inside too so are all use to life in a busy home. We are proud of all our girls and the success in the show ring is a bonus. All our girls have qualified for Crufts each year they have been competeing with Daisy obtaining her Kennel club stud book number in 2014.We are classed as hobby breeders as we don't breed on a regular basis.
