We have owned Vizslas for just over 5 years, our first being Roxy and then we decided to find her a playmate and Dexter came along. After a sucessful mating we kept a bitch from Roxy and Dexter's first litter, Xyla.
We chose the Vizsla breed as we wanted a breed which would have the stamina to accompany us either biking or walking over the moor. We also enjoy surfing and wanted a breed which would be “at home” in the water and they are excellent swimmers. Of course they are stunning to look at and have a very noble air about them.
All our dogs are primarily companion dogs but we .... (click to read more) -

We had our first Vizsla Jakey in 2008, that's when the love affair began.. Since then we've added our beautiful Lady Penelope and gorgeous Rosie to the clan, they really have taken over our lives, they are very much companion dogs but we have shown Lady Penelope at Crufts level and are lightly showing Rosie, the baby of the family. They never cease to amaze us.

We have owned Hungarian Vizslas since 2002 and have 4 girls and one part-owned boy.
After being owned by our daughter's weimeraner and losing her at a young age we looked for a similar breed and came across the beautiful Vizsla.
Not content with one, we were adopted by two and then we really caught the bug and bred our own.
We have shown our dogs on a small scale and Kam did appear at Crufts one year!
Our Kennel name honours Suki the weimeraner and we added the sighs to the name as she always sighed when she was content! -

Having been a dog owner for the past 17 years and owning my own dog grooming business, working from a busy commercial boarding kennels, I was introduced to the breed 6 years ago and fell in love with them immediately. It was May 2008 when finally I managed to locate Ruby.
Ruby (Shelsivad Vicky Pollard) is my first Viszla and like most Vizsla’s she has a soft and loving nature,
is extremely intelligent with an eagerness to please and is a real joy to be around.
She has been shown at both Championship and Open shows, successfully winning best of breed at the age of 10 months .... (click to read more) -

I have had dogs all of my life, and began breeding American cockers in 1992, I was in the breed for six years I did show lightly, and breed a few very nice litters. More and more health issues were creeping into the lines at that time and I decided to stop breeding the American Cockers. I bought my first Vizsla in 1998 from Judith Curruthers and showed her until she had an accident , she was then retired from the show ring but went on to produce a lovely litter of pups. I now have five Vizslas, seven including the pups.
All of my dogs are hip scored , and we would not consider using or .... (click to read more) -

Gardenway Hungarian Vizslas began in 1978 when I obtained my first two Vizslas from Miss Angela Boys (Galfrid). Thanks to her expert guidance I learnt a great deal in those early days and from only my second litter came my first home bred Champion - Gardenway Bula. I then purchased Russetmantle Grebe from the well known kennels of Mrs Gay Gottlieb and he went onto to become the youngest Vizsla to gain his crown at the age of 16months and one week. A feat beaten only once since then by his G.G.Grand-daughter. Grebe and Bula both qualified in the Field and thus were able to drop the 'Sh' part .... (click to read more)
