    David and Annemarie have been involved with showing Gundogs for several years, having great success in a number of breeds particularly Weimaraners and Gordon Setters having won CC's in both breeds. David has judged nearly all gundog breeds at Open Shows, and Junior Handling at Open & Championship shows. David is a B list judge for weimaraners.

    we are a kennel club accredited breeder we have had gordon setters for 19 years and shown for most of that time. We have had 4 litters in that time. 1 dog i bred Florcott Am Grantach won best of breed at Crufts on 2 occasions. I currently own 2gordon.s and i breed only occasionally I breed for good temperament and happy healthy puppies my dogs are all kept in the house they are very much loved and spoilt and they have very individual natures and spend a lot of their time on the beach harassing the local birds puppies expected in June hopefully

    Having had gundogs for the past 40 years it was
    13 years ago we aquired our first Gordon Setter
    ( Isla )
    We started showing lightly & as they say got bit by the bug.
    We have been fortunate enough to have made up 2 show champions & 2 with stud book numbers.
    I am a member of all 3 Breed clubs & a Kennel Club Accredited Breeder.
    When I breed I aim for good health, type & temperament. All my stock are health tested & live with us as part of the family being loved by all especially the grandchildren.

    My first Munster was Elke a Ghyllbeck born in 1986, from the acclaimed Ch Axel von Esterfeld of Raycris x Ch Foxbrae Flora of Ghyllbeck matings.
    Our line today descends directly from her to her great grandaughter Fay who we lost last year, and carries on down to the present day through Fay,s children and grandchildren.
    Health and good character have always been our priority.     Dunfionn Gordon Setters is a small kennel in Ayrshire, Scotland, established in 1980. Over the last thirty years we have owned or bred seven UK Show Champions and other CC and Res CC winners. We aim to produce traditional Gordon Setters which are of sound mind and body. All breeding stock are health tested i.e. BVA Hip Scored and have had recent Eye Tests. Advice on the breed given readily given.

    Birniehill Gordon Setters.Tara (Kattandale Calcutta Cup) is our first Gordon, we bought her as a pup in 2006 & what a pleasure she is to own.
    We had Tara Hip scored (11).
    We live on a farm so there is plenty of room for our dogs to exercise and they get used to plenty of other livestock.
