Our liver dog Eirik came to us at 12 months old, after having spent his first year with his breeders at the Flat Garden kennel in Norway. He immediately fitted in at Llantrussa and is a delight to live with, with a laid back and friendly attitude.

Gordon is very dark liver, with a nice dark almond shaped eye, taking after both Mum and Dad, and shows all their quality. He has matured into a very elegant young man , and is a really capable performer in the field.

Updated to say that Gordon's lovely daughter Eowyn Umbra Fida is now a German Champion with working qualification (DRC-CH mit Arbeitsprüfung) Many Congratulations!

In his first year of competition he won or was placed in every test. This has included winning an any variety test against labradors who were twice his age!

Barney came to the UK from Norway at 12 months old. We are grateful to his breeder Nina Skjelbred, (Covenstead Kennel) for letting us have such a lovely dog with an excellent blend of Scandanavian and British breeding lines.

Barney became a Show Champion at Blackpool Championship Show on 21 June 2008 when he gained his 3rd Challenge Certificate under Mr R Menaker.
