Kulawand Retrievers was founded in 1973 by Robert & Sandra Lane. Both Bob and Sandy worked with and had a love of animals from their formative years. I have loved dogs since I was a child & have owned Flatcoated Retrievers for 24 years, since I first fell in love with the breed. We moved to Sunnybrae in 1991, and it is a Flatcoat paradise, with 12 acres of fields & a river running through the bottom of our valley. There are also nearby woods where I take the dogs for long walks almost every day. I did not have my first litter until June 2004. Rosie is the foundation bitch of my Bonnyhilbrae kennel. From that first litter I kept Blossom, a lovely bitch with a marvellous temperament.
I first started showing in 2002, & Blossom qualified for .... (click to read more)
