We are a family run kennels on the moors which surround the shores of Lough Neagh. There are lots of local duck and pheasant shoots - many of which we are involved in; my whole life has revolved around my dogs. My dogs, three vizslas and one ESS, get lots of exercise swimming and hunting around the thousands of acres of mossland and woodland which surrounds us. We became involved with vizslas three years ago when I saw one at a local shoot - I was very impressed with their beauty and temperament, and off course their ability on the field. We bought our first girl, Abbey, here in Ireland. .... (click to read more)

I have owned Golden Retrievers since 1981, initially showing them, however, I was then bitten by the "working bug" and found that my dogs loved it too, so much so that we stopped showing!
I have the occasional litter, mainly when I want to keep one myself, and breed for type, temperament and fit for purpose, with my dogs having the necessary health checks..
I currently only have one Golden Retriever, PURDY, after loosing my 2 "oldies" Taz and Star, recently. However, I also have 3 Springer Spaniels, Gem, Ellie and Lightening, and also have a fox red Labrador called Tess, all of .... (click to read more) -

For as long as I can remember I have always had spaniels and horses in my life.
My first dog was an English Springer Spaniel Pepper(1980) who gave me good grounding on gundog training.
I started showing cocker spaniels in the early 80's and developed my solid line in the mid 90's, my foundation bitch was Chataway Sweet Dreams(Jody). Jody is the greatgrandmother of my black girl that I am currently showing today ,Whinburn Whispering Dreams ShCM.
I also have Field Trial bred cockers that both myself and my husband work to the gun and not forgeting our working springer Dan. -

I have owned and bred Golden Retrievers for 27 years. I only breed when I wish to keep a puppy and to continue my line. All dogs are kept in the home and are bred for temperment and type. I am a believer in my dogs being fit for purpose and three of my current dogs are trained to the gun and regularly pick up on a local shoot.
My dogs are screened and all have current eye certificates and are hip scored.
I have two boys currently at stud. George (Gwyngala Grenadier) hips 6-6 and Jack (Creekside Sea Captain at Gwyngala) hips 3-4. Both these boys have beauty and brains working regularly .... (click to read more) -

Labradors and English Springer Spaniels
Labrador Retrievers
It was in 1976 that a Labrador first entered the Allen household; it was time for a dog to be part of our family, and with having a young son, reliable temperament was the number one priority in deciding which breed. A Labrador fitted the bill exactly. A litter was found by Landyke Laird x Weston Honey (a Grand Daughter of Ch Reanacre Twister), so Heidi joined our family.
By 1980 we decided to look for another Labrador. After making numerous telephone calls and viewing several litters, we tracked down a .... (click to read more) -
