We are a small kennel in the Nottinghamshire area and both our dogs live in the house with us. Having lost our beautiful cross breed of 16 years it took us 5 years to finally decide to have another dog and our favourite dog is a Boxer. We looked on the internet and found a breeder nearby, Stanryk Boxers. We went to have a look at their puppies and fell in love with Rocky straight away. We went every week until the day we brought him home. At first he was going to be just a pet but the idea of showing a dog got more interesting and talking to Rockys breeder we realised this is what we wanted .... (click to read more)

We are a small family kennel , my love for Boxers started in my twenties. I had a Boxer Cross when I was at home with my mum and dad. When I got married we got our first Boxer from Santanoaks Kennels in 1993 Zebedee and shortly after rescued a Boxer Cross Rocky for company. When we lost the old boys we could not bear to be without our beloved Boxers,so we rescued two four year old brothers Winston and Spencer. I then decided I would dearly love to show and breed so we contacted Santanoaks Kennels who gave me a number of a breeder who had used one of their stud dogs. Spirecracker Kami ( Bunty .... The BERNDREWS Affix was granted in 1972 and was owned by my Grandmother Mrs Margaret Brannigan. The breed was totally Boxers!

The photo to the left is off my Grandmother with Silverstein Simon D Of Berndrews (Simon) after winning ANOTHER Best Of Breed. Simon was three quarter dutch and that time it was very rare to get a dog of that breeding in Northern Ireland. Although never a Champion himself he did go on to sire dogs who went on to become Champions themselves.

I've always been a huge dog lover,

    I can't remember a period in my life when I didn't have a dog.

I fell in love with Boxers after I lost my Labrador Alice.

As I work from home (IT Technician) and have a large garden I decided to breed my Boxer.

She has a black mask and very few white markings(this makes white pups less likely), also she achieved a zero heart score when tested by a cardiologist

I breed to improve so as to give puppies the best life possible, I feel breeders of any Animal should have that objective, for me it comes from my Mother who has .... (click to read more)
