My first dog was a Doberman from the famous Tavey line back in 1982. When I married I bought my wife a Doberman and we did some showing at open shows. But the 2 boys did not really enjoy it, so we started to do obedience and just enjoyed having them as pets and walking companions. When they passed away we changed breed and rescued our first Boxer in 1987. Since then we have had a few boxers, getting our first show girl Bruliz Eye Kandy (aka Lizzie)from the Bruliz Kennel in 2003 and in 2005 she got the Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed at the working and pastoral breeds of .... We have been breeding boxers for over ten years - we got our first boxer 15 years ago and never looked back. They are so playful and loving, and each one we have had has been a character!
We have previously been known under the affix of Miqlum, and one of our bitches consistently gets highly placed in champ shows.
All our dogs are health checked, and when we breed we always make sure both parents have been checked for heart murmurs.
We currently have 2 dogs, which are walked daily and love to run in the mud. -

Ok so we aren’t the biggest kennel!! But one thing’s for sure we have lots of enthusiasm and a great deal of love and affection for all the dogs we’ve had in our past and more so for the ones we have at present.
A BRIEF HISTORY
We have owned boxers since we purchased our first from the Snarestone Kennel in 1980. Snarestone Grandpa Dickson or ‘Harry’ to us! Harry lived a happy 9 years before sadly dying from ‘old age’ in 1989.
Our next boxer was Melover Fair Phoebe from the Melover Kennel in Stafford in 1989. She was out of a Snarestone bitch – Snarestone Fairlight to Willrait .... (click to read more) -

I have been involved with Boxers for over thirty years. All my dogs are Heart Tested by a qualified Cardiologist. I occasionally breed a litter when I need something to show myself. I strongly believe in quality not quantity and all puppies go with a puppy pack and vet checked before going to new homes. All new owners are vetted themselves of course!

Jayal Boxers started in 1981 with the purchase of Gentle Star of Jayal (Bella). I was so very lucky to meet Nan Grimshaw of the Glenside Boxers and with much help and advice from her, I bred my first Boxers and from that litter came Jayal Shining Star (Beau). Again with Nan's help, I learned about the showing game and enjoyed a fair amount of success with Beau, ultimately gaining her Stud Book Number. I was also fortunate to own in partnership with Nan, Finnish Champion Glenside Wayfarer before he was exported to Finland. I went out to visit him when he was a veteren and will never forget the .... We aquired our first boxer (Lucy) in Feb 1988 and took her to the late Doreen Hall of Halldors Boxers to mate her with Willrait Xanthium (Dante) in 1990, but it was a repeat mating late in 1992 that we kept a male puppy and called him Beauimres The North Awaits (Oliver) who put us on the map winning trophys and sheilds bigger than himself from an early age at the local boxer clubs and shows, gaining his junior warrent in july 1994. A proper little showman who enjoyed being the center of attraction, he brought us a lot of pleasure and is probably the reason why Beauimres Boxers are around .... (click to read more)

The first dogs I kept, starting some 35 years ago were miniature long haired dachshunds, they were kept purely as pets. Our last but one was a merle called Sparkle who refused to live in the house, so, we built a Swiss chalet in the back garden. As she got older we added a second floor with a ramp and another bed so that when it was raining she could survey the garden in comfort and bark at the wildlife intruders.
Sparkle went to the Rainbow bridge aged 21 years 9 months.
In 1999 we had our first boxer bitch Bonny, a rescue dog from 2 broken homes (and not yet 2 years old). She had .... (click to read more)
