We have a 4 year old Hungarian Vizsla bitch, Leksi and a 3 year old Border Terrier bitch, Tess. Both dogs have lovely friendly natures and are very affectionate pets. Both are bred from showing and working lines but are kept as family pets by us. They get along very well, even sharing the same bed at night. They are walked together and Tess manages to keep up no problem, although covers a lot less ground than Leksi. Both dogs are great around horses and livestock.
I have had dogs and horses for as long as I can remember and have always wanted a Border Terrier. In 2011 I was lucky enough to buy one from Margaret Sneddon, who has been so generous in sharing her time and her knowledge with me.
My dogs live in a home environment, are well socialised, enjoy nothing more than a long distance walk and have also been lightly shown.
In 2014 I bred my first litter by Brumberhill Brad Pitt, sorry, do I mean Benchmarked? All of them are beautiful, strong puppies... Let's see what they become...
We are Kennel Club assured breeders of border terriers and labradors. We have kept labradors for over 30 years, borders for about 10 years now. The two breeds complement each other perfectly. We all live in doggie heaven on a smallholding in the Kent Countryside!
Our aim is to breed happy, healthy dogs with superb temperaments. Our labradors are FULLY health tested and we are careful we do not inbreed.
Ambien Border Terriers and Min
Although I do not show my dogs, they have all been chosen for temperament, being "true to type" and having correct conformation. They are all very affectionate, both to each other and with people. The greatest risk one has when coming to see them is to get mugged for fuss. All my dogs are used to socialising with the puppies before they are sold and usually it is Mum, whoever it is at the time, who sneaks off when the pups are outside. I have hours of pleasure with my canine mates, and want to breed puppies who will give other people the same companionship. As I am a KC Assured Breeder, .... (click to read more)
I have lived with dogs all of my life and also work in the grooming business preparing several dogs for the show ring.
Grooming dogs has allowed me to study confirmation at a close range. I would only breed from a well constructed dog.
Breeding dogs is something I do not take on lightly. I am a Kennel Club Assured Breeder. All puppies are raised in my home to the standard expected of an Assured Breeder.
All puppies leave me very well socialized, used to children, other dogs and the usual household noises.
I am a firm believer in "You only get out what you put in", .... (click to read more)

Mr & Mrs R Paterson
We are owner/breeders of the beautiful border terrier.
I had my first border many years ago and just fell completely in love with the breed, unfortunately my lovely little girl was killed during a storm and I vowed one day I would again own one of this lovely breed when the time was right.
Nearly 3 years ago, we decided to bring in Mara to show. She has been a wonderful addition to our little family and brought so much joy.
Last year we decided to let Mara have her first litter and that's when the gorgeous little Kono stole our hearts.
So now Kono is being groomed for show and .... (click to read more)
Les & Steph Moss
We are a small kennel that strives to continue the traditional qualites of this extra-ordinary breed. We are situated in the small Village of Stocksbridge, nestled in the valley of STEEL, South Yorkshire.
We first became infactuated with this breed in the early nineties and haven't looked back since then. Kim was our first Border and showed such a determination to please us whatever we did whether it was in the show ring, hunting in the valley or fighting to be first by the fire, that we decided that we had to find another Border. It wasn't long before Bee, came along and was the .... (click to read more)

The Rocheby Kennel has been established since 1966, we took the name from Roche Abbey which formed part of the local history and our own house and the old buildings around it were in fact built from the same stone in 1876. Our foundation girls were like so many others just our lovely family dogs ,but we decided to try our'luck' inthe ring and when we came home with the prizes well that was the start of a life long love affair with this wonderful breed and the subsequent showing and breeding. We have been so fortunate in our Labrador Life to have had such superb dogs, Acorn our first Champion .... (click to read more)

Mr R J and Mrs E A Barrett
We are a small kennel based in the Lake District. All our dogs live in our home and are part of our family. We show our dogs at Championship Shows and have one home bred Champion.
