In January of 2014, Darian Border Collies left the rolling hills of Warwickshire & moved to the East Riding of Yorkshire. I have been involved in the breed since 1985 & the first litter under the Darian affix arrived in December 1987. Many Darian puppies have gone on to success in Obedience, Working Trials, Agility, Flyball & the show ring, as well as being much loved companions.

I breed only occasionally & litters are rarely advertised as many puppies are actually booked to approved homes well before their birth. Health testing is very high on my agenda & you can find several articles .... (click to read more)

I bought my first pom in 1993 and showed her at exemption shows. In 1997 I started campaigning her a little more seriously at open shows. It was while I was showing my poms that I saw my first miniature pinschers. I bought my first min pin in 1999. Since then I have made up 2 min pin champions and gained numerous CC's with my other dogs. I also started judging 5 years ago and enjoy this side of the dog shows aswell.

My love of dogs began back when I was a child, my grandparents always had shelties, I always dreamed of having a rough collie when I was old enough. I was never allowed a dog of my own whilst I lived at home so I used to befriend stray dogs and take them home only to be told to take them back to where I had found them.

I now live in Surrey with my husband and four children. I purchased my first dog a Border Collie Berri (Clywdcelyn China Doll) in 2005, she is such a sweetie. I then purchased my second Border Collie Ben (Fernhaven Lasting Legacy at Sweetsox) in 2008 who is a lovely boy .... (click to read more)

My parents told me as a teenager if I wanted a dog to leave home .so I did and with the help of the Observer book of Dogs , chose a Shetland Sheepdog ,(small dog as in a bedsit ) unfortunately not suitable for the show ring , so was introduced to obedience, Of course another duly followed suite and moved back home with the pair . Also bred my first litter and registered my Prefix 1963-1966. I worked the shelties up to Championship C in which my I did manage a third place . Meanwhile I became involved in Working Trials and with 2 shelties UDx wanted a larger dog Hence the border collies which .... (click to read more)

I'm a small breeder who is based in Surrey. I was previously known under the kennel name of Olistazia.

My dogs are first and foremost pets, but I do compete in the breed ring with some success.

I do occasionally breed when I'm looking to keep a puppy myself. All litters are reared in the home environment with my other dogs.

When I look to breed, my top priority is the temperament and health of both parents. I also try to ensure that they are fit and able to compete in all activities, but are also happy family pets. I will only use parents who are clear of all known health .... (click to read more)

All our dogs are primarily pets - they all live in the house, go for walks, play with children and enjoy their cuddles! They also get to do as much 'work' as they enjoy: they do herding, agility, obedience and some breed showing.

We breed rarely, but when we do, we aim to breed healthy dogs with a solid temperament, which are suitable for any discipline, be it breed showing, agility, obedience, or herding.
