i am exhibitor of bichon fise and i ocassionally breed a litter if i want to keep a puppy back for showing. All my dogs live indoors and are very much part of our family. I breed for type and temperment.
I always eye test my breeding stock prioe to any matings as catarracts are becoming very common in the breed and it is a very expensive operation to have. -

We have had SBT's for approx 20 years and bichon frise for 4 years. We did some showing with our bichon frise for a while who qualified for crufts on her first show at 6 months . We had 1 litter from her from which we kept buddy our dog who also went on to show. About 3 years ago we gave up showing bichon frise to introduce and concentrate on showing our SBT's .

Bichons are my passion and I have enjoyed their company for over 15 years. I have carefully home bred from my very best puppies and have produced some truly wonderful pups
that display the remarkable temperament these marvellous little dogs are blessed with.
I'm also a lover of the Gordon Setter, and have my 2 year old Gwen, that helps keep the house in order and keeps me very fit indeed. -

We first came across Miniature Schnauzers when my mum found two that had got lost and had landed outside our house. We were able to find the owner of the pups after a few hours but by then we were all hooked and new that would be the breed of are next pup. At the moment we have Molly and Daisy our Miniature Schnauzers and Betty Bubbles our Bichon frise. They all have fantastic temperment and are great with other pets and children. Our dogs enjoy the freedom of a large garden and regular walks through a small forest and sunday trips to the seaside. All our dogs are family pets and all live in .... (click to read more)

It had become a way of life for us.
All of our dogs are pets first, along with all our other animals, and we don't show, mainly due to there only been 24 hours in a day, but only breed from dogs that could, to maintain the quality and type. i think from my .... (click to read more) -
