I brought my first german shepherd dog in 1978 and have not looked back since. I have stayed a small kennel, where emphasis has been on healthy happy pets/show dogs, and fun outings for dogs and their humans! We breed occasionaly for quality and not quantity and are very particular where our puppies go.

All of our dogs are pets who live in our house as part of our family. We breed only very occassionally when we would like a puppy for ourselves. All our dogs are health tested in line with KC recommendations.

I also compliment my showing with judging to the breed standard.

I became intrigued by the breed having seen a basenji win BIS at Crufts in 2001 and so when circumstances allowed I acquired my first, Elsa, in 2005.

Although I show my dogs, they are first and foremost a part of the family and live indoors with us.

I only breed using health tested stock of good type and temperament and puppies are occasionally available to carefully vetted homes.

All puppies are KC registered, microchipped, wormed, health checked and will have received their first set of vaccinations before .... (click to read more)
