Hooz Rhodesian Ridgebacks

We bought our first Ridgeback back in 1982, when based full
time in the UK Although at the time we only wanted a family
companion, we soon became addicted to the breed and our
Ridgeback family increased. Since we moved to Ireland in 2000 I
have started successfully showing our family of Ridgebacks,
who now all enjoy the beauty and space of rural Co Kilkenny. We
breed our bitches occasionally and breed primarily for
temperament and type, by choosing quality dogs to make
beautiful loyal pets or show dogs. We are always looking to stay
as close to the breed standard as possible in selecting our
breeding partners. We have both black and liver nosed dogs and
mostly produce strong red wheaten progeny. I also have a base
in the UK, as we show some of the dogs in Championship Shows
during the show season. Hooz Veldt Vibex Kammer was placed
3rd at Crufts 2007 in Limit Dog, on the same day his half brother
