Meadowdale

Welcome to 'Meadowdale Gundogs', our aim is to produce dual purpose German Shorthaired Pointers, but above all a member of the family.

I would like to introduce you to Ch Alcazar's Blazing Arrow of Meadowdale', known to all as Blaze. He has an excellent pedigree, which combines the best of british bloodlines.

He has 5 CC's and 8 RCC's & J.W., along with winning 'Reserve Best in Show' at the Gundog of Wales Championship show 1999.

Blaze is a joy to watch in the field, and has been rewarded by being a 'field trial winner'. He also gained a 2nd place in an Open Qualifying Stake.

Kane is our solid liver dog, his kennel name is Meadowdale Hurricane.

He has done very well in the show ring, having only been shown a couple of times. He qualified for Crufts at his first show, and at Crufts won 2nd in a huge class.

Fay is our Liver & White English Springer Spaniel. Her kennel name is: Show Champion Calvdale Testimony of Meadowdale, but known to all as FAY.

How it all started.....

Winning 'Best Puppy In Show' at the only 2 Breed Club Championship Shows she attended in Puppy.

Gaining her 'Junior Warrant' in just 4 shows - all breed club shows

She has also won the 'Petplan' Junior Stakes at the Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show.

Going on to win as mentioned above, 4 CC's 1 BOB & 2 RCC

This is our Liver Tri English Springer Spaniel boy - 'Buddy'.

He is a beautiful dog, who has lots of energy and loves to be with you.

He was'Top Puppy 2003'
Gained his 'Junior Warrant' at 12 months old
Gained his 'Show Certificate of Merit' at 13 months old.

Buddy wins the 'CC' at Birmingham on 13th May 2006, and then wins the 'RCC' at the Northern ESS Society Championship show on 11th June 2006

2nd 'CC' for Buddy at East of England Championship Show on 19th July 2006

3rd 'CC' at Belfast Championship Show on 29th September 2006

He has passed these qualities onto his son - Trinitas Newky Brown of Meadowdale - who was 'Runner up Top Puppy 2008 - going onto win his Junior Warrant and Show Ceritficate of Merit.
At WELKS 2009 was awarded his first RCC - Well done Harvey!

Meadowdale Gundogs are a small and select kennel based in Essex. We have made up 2 Show Champion English Springer Spaniels, and a Full Champion German Shorthaired Pointer. Along with other dogs winning top awards in the showring.

We also trial our working type English Springer Spaniels and Labradors.
