MORGANNA

Morganna Marakesh x Morganna Mauve. Jay is line bred on Morganna lines and has the outcross to top winning Dutch 'Greynoble' line. He is a medium sized, balanced dog with a super temperament who fits the standard well.
He has has won consistently at championship and open level and has his Junior Warrant . At 14 months he had 35 first places, numerous Best Puppy in Breed including the Weimaraner Club's open show, plus best of breeds, RBOBs and Puppy Group 2 placings.
At 20 months he won his way out of graduate with four consecutive wins at championship level. Now aged two he has just done the same in Post Graduate winning his class in four consecutive championship shows.
Jay has a good nose, was pointing partridge at 9 months and is showing promise in the field. He is a kind, gentle stud. Hip score 7.3

Roo is out of Marakesh's sister and is typical of Morganna breeding. He is a very gentle, kind boy with strong bone, a super head and a good colour - qualities he is passing on to his offspring.

Roo was lightly shown and won three firsts at championship level.
He is a good hunter and has a keen nose.
He is line bred and his pedigree has excellent companion, show and working dogs.

MARAKESH (Rockleyan Ringleader JW x Tribart Classical Melody of Morganna) is a grandson of CHAMPION MORGANNA MOZART.
MARAKESH is bred on the best English and German lines. He has a superb temperament and working ability and sires balanced, well-boned pups.

His son Morganna Millerson JW is a consistent winner at championship level (see above)..
His first litter in Holland produced a Dutch champion bitch and a dog from the second litter Dutch litter is also now a champion. He has reserve CC winning offspring in the UK and successful offspring in working trials and the shooting field - all are much-loved companions. Hip score, 6:7

Mozart , doing what he loved best. A super dog with natural working ability who taught me about field work. Weimaraner Association top field trial dog in 1992 and a full champion, winning his third CC at Crufts. Full of drive and energy with an excellent nose and lovely, kind nature. A once-in-a-lifetime dog who is in all Morganna pedigrees. Hips 0.1

MORGANNA is a small kennel established in 1978 which strives to maintain dual purpose Weimaraners. Our proudest moment came in 1993 when CH MORGANNA MOZART (novice field trial winner and the Weimaraner Association's top field trial dog 1992) won the magic third Challenge Certificate at Crufts and became a full champion.

Over the years Morganna breeding has had success in the showring, field, working trials and agility. Morganna dogs are bred for type, temperament and working ability. Morganna stud dogs all include the old English lines plus a range of alternative bloodlines including Dutch and German breeding.
