Houndsbay Bassets

We aquired our first Basset Lily from Len and Ann Williams (Halzephron) in the year 2000, and since then have been hooked on this wonderful breed.

We are only a small kennel and aim to stay that way. We aim to breed perhaps just once a year or every other year depending on if we want a puppy to show.

We enjoy showing, but first and foremost our hounds are beloved pets. We enjoy walks in the surrounding countryside with them .


Our hounds are our life and we always like to hear from people and welcome visitors (by appointment) we are always happy to give advice or just have a chat about this wonderful breed.
