I own a small holding with 5 acres in the beautiful Scottish Borders. I am a member of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeder Scheme.
My interest in showing started 15 yrs ago with a cairn puppy I bought as a pet. I showed Ruaridh with no great success but in the end got his stud book number and qualified him for Crufts for life.
When time permits I still try to show my cairn terriers and boxers.
I breed to improve my own stock with occasionaly going out to different stud dogs or buying in new blood via bitches in both breeds.
My boxers and cairns live happily together spending life between house and kennel.
My dogs are very much part of the family and very much loved.
My stud dogs Brandarsaig Evergreen aka BUZZ - cairn terrier and Ymar Make Me A Star For Marbelton aka DEXTER - boxer are good specimens of both breeds and adhere to the breed standard.
All my dogs have fantastic pedigrees/temprements/conformation etc and this is passed on to any puppies that I breed.
At present with my ever growing flock of pedigree Hebridean sheep I am concentrating on training my collie pup and hoping to do working trials with her.
Not enough time in the day! Still they are all very much worth it. All my animals are my babies and I love them all to bits.
