We both grew up with horses and dogs and I used to compete in cross country until an injury finally forced me to give up riding. We started married life with our beloved lurchers and used to show and race them, competing at Chatsworth several times and even winning Best in Show. When Teagle and Thyme finally passed away we felt that we could not be without the "hound temperament" and as Thyme had been half whippet it made sense to have a whippet join our family and so we have now had whippets in our life and on our sofas since 2000.

Our dogs live within our home as part of the family and are pets first and show dogs second.

Health and temperament are very important to us in our breeding choices, as we know the most important job of any dog is to be a loved family pet. Anything else they may do (ie show or work) is a bonus. All of our dogs live in the home with us as much loved members of the family, and we look for homes with a similar attitude.

We are actively involved with the South West Whippet Club.

We will only breed a litter when we want a puppy to keep for ourselves. We aim to breed for conformation, movement and temperament as directed by the Breed Standard.
