Standard Poodle

I started out with German Shepherds in 1983. I did obedience, working trials, agility and showing, all with some degree of success. As time went on I got more seriously into agility and bought myself a Border Collie which then led on to another and then four! I lost the last of my GSDS in 2001, who was twelve years old. I started my own grooming business in 2000 and was beginning to see more poodles in the salon and then at agility club. I fell in love! I bought my first Standard in 2003 and did agility with her and then started showing again. I got well and truly hooked. In 2005 I bred my first litter and kept a beautiful boy, Indi. By 2009 I was down to one BC, having lost my other three old men, in the space of a year, at the grand old ages of fifteen, sixteen and seventeen!
