BOURNTWYN GREAT DANES & BRIARDS.CHRIS & MANDY BITHELL. RUTHIN. NORTH WALES.

We have been involved in Great Danes since 1987 & Briards since 1996. First & foremost our dogs are our pets & enjoy showing as a hobby. In that time we have been lucky enough to have made up one Great Dane champion & 2 Briard champions. In between we have gained many achievements, including numerous best in shows, Rccs,Top Junior briard & Top Black Briard Bitch 3 years running. We also had the accolade of having the first Great Dane bitch to ever qualify for Pup of the Year Final.
We have never been overly involved with breeding, as it was of our upmost importance to get the correct temperament & type needed. We are now lucky enough to have what we set out to achieve & will be starting our breeding programme(s) shortly. All of our dogs live in the house & share our small holding with sheep,chickens,ducks,geese,parrots & cats.
we are members of The Kennel Club accredited breeders scheme.
