'TARKABBY CALICO'
(Tirkeera Shira x Tarkabby Allspice)

DOB 28/02/05

'Connie' is our show x working bred bitch.
She has now been trained, and will be used in the field. She has the same temperament as her mother, and is a sweet bitch.

Very keen to work, jumps like a stag and has a lovely soft mouth.

'TARKABBY OCEAN STORM'
(Ch Marfell Seafarer x Abbeystead Dazzle at Tarkabby)

Date of Birth 14/08/99

*** PLEASE NOTE THAT STORM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR STUD WORK! ***

Storm has continued to do well in the show ring, and has gained his studbook number several times over.
At open level he has won BOBs and had group placings.
His most recent win was Best Veteran in Show at the Lab Club of Wales championship show (Feb 2007)

His winters have been spent 'picking up' 2 or 3 days a week, however I feel that Storm will be taking an early retirement from hard work - he ruptured a cruciate ligament at the end of Feb 2007. He has recovered well, but feels it a bit if he overdoes things.

'ABBEYSTEAD TEASEL OF TARKABBY'
(Ch Cambremer Tom Cobbley of Charway x Sh Ch Frostfire Dawn Chorus at Abbeystead)

Date of Birth: 02/10/00
KC/BVA Hip Score 3:3

After producing her second litter in the autumn of 2006, Teasel is now looking really well again.

She gained her Stud Book Number at the Cotswold & Wyevern LRC champ show 2005 under Mrs Bell (USA)

We are a very small kennel, with only 4 dogs living here with us.

The occasional litter is produced, with the aim of producing a nice looking dog, capable of doing what its meant to!

Showing has been put on the back-burner for the time being, following the arrival of baby Harrison in 2004, and Kieran in 2006. I still manage to get to them occasionaly and we usually come home with a couple of cards.

Storm, Spice and Connie are worked all through the winter. (Teasel also did her fair share winter 2007/8!)

Before all else, our dogs are much loved pets, all fantastic with the children and very easy to live with.
