Lignum

Guy, my husband, and I (Angie) collected our first Gordon puppy from Surrey in September 2006. Her name is Megan (Laurelhach Pure Indulgence at Lignum) and she is completely and utterly adored by everybody who knows her, but especially us. She has an amazing natual hunting instinct and enjoys nothing more than working our fields at home.

In July 2007 puppy Murdock (Laurelhach Just Jitterbug JW) joined our small family and things have never been the same since!!! He is an absolute star, so outgoing and great fun.

Murdock seems to thoroughly enjoy his days out at the shows we attend and he has been successful to date, gaining his Junior Warrant in October 2008, the RCC at WELKS in April '09 (from Yearling Dog class), the RCC at Gundog Society of Wales in October '09 (from Post Graduate Dog class) and the RCC at Bath in May '10 (from Limit Dog class).

Both Megan and Murdock have fantastic temperaments and are incredibly cuddly and loveable. They make our lives complete and we would be completely lost without them.

Our Kennel Name 'Lignum' is derived from the Latin 'Lignum Vitae', 'tree or wood of life'.

We are all members of the Gordon Setter Association and The British Gordon Setter Club.
